Refund policy

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. Please email us at if you would like to return an item as soon as possible and we will provide you with the returns address. You have a total of 15 days from receiving the item to return it to us and the return postage costs must be covered by you.

We do not accept returns on clearance items.

Please note, all returned items must be unworn. Until we receive your return, the items and their condition are your responsibility.

​We aim to process your return within 5 working days of your goods being delivered to us (excluding weekends and bank holidays) though this may rise slightly during busier times, Sale, Christmas etc.

Once we have received your returned goods, we will send you an email once your refund has been processed.

Faulty or incorrect items

If there is any problem with your order please contact us at Please include your order number with any item you return. It's also useful to include the date of purchase and an image or a brief description of the damage or defect.
Once we receive your item and explanation, we will resolve the situation quickly.

Exchanging items

If you would like to exchange an item the best thing you can do is place a new order for the new item you want and then return the items you don't want for a full refund. Please note the return postage costs must be covered by you.

Non returnable items

In the interests of hygiene, make-up and toiletries, swimwear, intimate apparel, footwear, pierced earrings and clearance items cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns on international orders at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience.
